With an educational background in Baking and Pastry Arts from Baker College and a Dietetic Internship from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, Chef Addy's expertise is unmatched.
As a Food Literacy Educator, Clinical Registered Dietitian, and Adjunct Instructor, Chef Addy has a wealth of experience in educating and inspiring others in the world of food and nutrition.
In 2022 NOVA was acknowledged by mLive as one of Michigan's Best Local Eats and in 2021 MuskegonChannel.com highlighted Chef Addy's Gluten-Free Valentine's Day treats!
She has paired her nutritionist background with her passion for culinary treats to create, make, and bake the most scrumdidelyupcious gluten-free bakery items.
